Crawford County casa
COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATES

Every day in this country, 1,900 children become victims of abuse or neglect, and four of them will die. It is important that our country address the underlying conditions that lead to child abuse and neglect, causing children to enter the child welfare system. Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, stable home. Currently, there are more than 100 children who are adjudicated dependent (the juvenile court is now involved with the family) in Crawford County.  Crawford County CASA is  serving 29 of those children, so more CASA volunteers are greatly needed. With your support we can reach every child in need.

For every $1.00 donated, Crawford County CASA will provide a child with a CASA Advocate, a voice!

There are several ways that you can make a financial contribution, please contact the CASA office at 814-337-4471.

     WAYS YOU CAN GIVE! !

Crawford County CASA and the Board of Directors express sincere gratitude and heartfelt appreciation for everyone's continued support of the CASA program and the children we serve. Your gifts enables CASA Advocates to continue to make a difference in the life of an abused and/or neglected child.    Thank you!

With today's busy schedules, we know how valuable your time is!  So we made it easier for you to make a donation to CASA! Have you thought about Recurring Giving? If you click on the donation button to your right it will take you to a donation page. When you select a donation amount you will see a box called recurring. How easy is that--to make a monthly donation that will provide a CASA Advocate for a child who needs one!

Crawford County CASA has started a community project, the “First Night Kit” Project! A First Night Kit will be a bag containing a small stuffed animal,  a book, toothbrush and toothpaste, Kleenex’s, Chapstick, small flashlight, hygiene products and so on.  These bags will be given to children who are removed from their home due to safety reasons and placed in a foster home or a residential treatment facility.

Along with these kits, the Family Chiropractic Center in Meadville donated wonderful bags filled with amazing items for our children.  These book bags and first night kits bring a small sense of comfort to a child during a traumatic time in their life.

Thank you Allegheny College Theta's and the Community for supporting this project!

Crawford County CASA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your gifts are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
